SSBC- Sweet Talk

March 31st

South Shropshire Blues Club present Sweet Talk, a four piece Blues band situated in the beautiful countryside of Herefordshire and Shropshire.

During the first half of 2017, the band played gigs around Herefordshire and Gloucestershire, and had a successful BBC introducing session in Bewdley in March. So began the festival season with Gillow Cider Festival and the Rose and Crown Beer Festival in Tenbury. However, at this point the band felt it best to part ways with Jake, on good mutual terms. This paved the way for current drummer Elliot Finch to join the band.

His first gigs were arguably the highest profile gigs the band had ever played, including Farmhouse Blues in South Shropshire, Down on the Farm Festival and Lakefest on the BBC introducing stage.

The band are now recording their first full length album at KJM Studios, Hereford.

With support from Jack Brett's 'Blue Moon Blues Band'.

Tickets £10pp, money raised goes to Cancer Research UK.
